   SUMMER 2004 EDITION COMING SOON!

"Adding to the historic nature of the 2004 presidential election, Hispanics are now the
largest minority population in the United States. This election will be a test of the
Hispanic community’s voting strength and whether it can capture a larger percent of the
vote during the primaries and general election than in previous years."

   - From the forthcoming report by Adam J. Segal on the Hispanic vote in the 2004
Democratic presidential primaries. Look for it and other articles in this summer's edition.
